Fubon Insurance is a single-shareholder (Fubon Financial Holdings) corporation, whose directors are appointed by the single corporate shareholder and controls the corporate governance. Pursuant to the Company Act and the Articles of Association of Fubon Insurance, its shareholders’ meeting is held by the Board of Directors comprising five directors, and four independent directors, and there is no executive director.In June 2019, Corporate governance officer was established, and in November 2020, the board of directors approved the appointment of Manager Lee Kuo Hsi as Corporate governance officer. In June 2020, the Company established an Audit Committee, composed of four independent directors, and independent director Chiang Wei Ling serves as the convener to enhence the function of internal audit.
