  Expand branch presence and connect overseas networks to explore regional opportunities for more diverse overseas income.
  加速辦事處升格分行，開發海外潛力新據點，包含日本、韓國、印度，並於香港、新加坡與越南分行持續擴大開發台商客群，掌握台商境外遷移投資趨勢與財管商機，以整合提供客戶跨國一體之金融服務，並以兩岸五地之優勢連結海外子行延伸海外非台商之跨境業務經營。
  The Bank will strive to convert representative offices into full-fledged branches while at the same time exploring viable new locations overseas, including Japan, Korea and India. The Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam Branches will focus on sourcing and serving Taiwanese enterprises while capitalizing on their offshore relocation, investment, and wealth management opportunities. Through seamless coordination between offshore branches, the Bank plans to build on top of its strengths in the Greater China Region and appeal to overseas non-Taiwanese customers by offering highly integrated and unified financial services.

資格條件Qualification

1. 開放非台灣籍求職者應徵，具日本、韓國、東南亞國籍者尤佳
   For foreign job seekers; Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia (India, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.) preferred.
2. 學士(含)以上畢業，無經驗可
   Bachelor degree (inclusive) or above, no experience required.
3. 個性主動、具高度熱忱
   Proactive personality and high enthusiasm.

培訓暨工作地點Training and Working Location

1. 培訓地點：台北
   Training location: Taipei
2. 工作地點：初期於台灣工作，視海外發展狀況派駐各國
   Working location: Initially working in Taiwan and will be assigned to various countries depending on the overseas development situation.
