Fubon Financial Holdings has demonstrated outstanding operational performance, ranking as Taiwan's largest financial holding company by market capitalization. In 2025, it reported a net income of NT$120.85 billion and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$8.36. This solidifies its position as the dual champion in profitability among Taiwan's financial holding companies for 2025. This marks the 17th consecutive year that it has held the title of the highest EPS in the financial holding industry. At the same time, Taipei Fubon Bank, Fubon Insurance, and Fubon Securities all achieved record‑high annual profits, while Fubon Life maintained its position as the industry leader. Fubon Asset Management also surpassed NT$1 trillion in assets under management. In response to the strong business performance across its subsidiaries and the expanding scope of operations and talent needs, Fubon Financial Holdings launched its annual recruitment theme, “Lead the Next,” at today’s (7th) NTU Campus Recruitment Fair. Senior executives and team members from the financial holding company and its subsidiaries were present to provide career consultations to students and job seekers, inviting high-potential interdisciplinary talents to join Fubon’s ranks. For instance, the Taipei Fubon Bank's “FBI Summer Internship Program” and Fubon Life's “Meet the Future Fubon Internship Program” are examples of such initiatives, aimed at helping students connect with the financial industry ahead of time. Additionally, the highly anticipated Fubon MA Management Trainee Program officially enters its 22nd term this year. Recruitment spans 8 companies, 8 core fields, and 28 groups, making it the industry's most extensive and diverse recruitment initiative. The Fubon MA Program welcomes applicants from all academic backgrounds. During the two‑year training period, participants are offered two promotion opportunities and may earn a total annual compensation exceeding NT$1 million as early as their first year. The program provides integrated cross‑domain resources across banking, securities, and insurance, along with joint training across subsidiaries, cross‑department rotations, and involvement in key strategic projects. These experiences not only build a strong professional foundation but also foster lasting peer networks, enabling future collaboration across the financial industry. The 2026 Fubon MA program offers positions across eight core fields: business management, risk management, corporate business, financial products, financial trading, investment banking, investment management research and digital data technology. Today, Fubon MA alumni also participated in the NTU Campus Recruitment Fair, engaging with young students to provide an in-depth introduction to the various MA positions and the focal points for future development.
(1) Business Management: Fubon Financial Holdings, Fubon Life, Fubon Insurance, and Fubon Bank (China) will continue to cultivate business management talent. The focus areas include strategic planning and performance management, overseas business management and investment evaluation, integrated insurance operations, overseas branch management, and business development. Through cross‑unit rotations, the program aims to develop well‑rounded business management professionals with a holistic understanding of the organization.
(2) Risk Management: To strengthen operational resilience, Taipei Fubon Bank continues to develop risk‑management talent who serve as guardians of the institution’s stability. The program aims to cultivate professionals capable of enhancing real‑time monitoring and forecasting of market risks, equipped with international risk‑management awareness and strong capabilities in applying AI and digital technologies.
(3) Corporate Business: Taipei Fubon Bank and Fubon Futures are seeking new talent to join their corporate business teams. Focusing on serving corporate customers, we cultivate financial professionals with expertise in industry analysis, international perspectives, business development, and building strong customer relationships. Selected positions may offer opportunities for overseas assignments.
(4) Financial Products: Taipei Fubon Bank and Fubon Securities are expanding their talent pool for financial products. The bank focuses on experts in financial product design and marketing across corporate customers, financial markets, consumer finance and credit cards, and wealth management. The securities arm seeks versatile product professionals with capabilities in brokerage and wealth management product development, strategic planning, and familiarity with transaction workflows, operational practices, systems, and platform operations.
(5) Financial Trading: Taipei Fubon Bank and Fubon Securities welcome ambitious newcomers eager to challenge themselves in financial trading.
