The group appreciation party welcomed nearly 16,000 colleagues at the Nangang Exhibition Center for a joyful gathering

To express gratitude and appreciation for the hard work of our colleagues over the past year, Fubon Group held a grand appreciation party today (24th) at the 1st and 4th floors of the Nangang Exhibition Center, featuring performances by the new generation band 'Accusefive' and the popular Mandarin band 'Sodagreen'. In 2025, Fubon Group has maintained its position as the largest group in Taiwan for the fifth consecutive year, while Fubon Financial Holdings has been recognized as the leader in earnings per share in Taiwan’s financial sector for the 17th year in a row. Furthermore, the group continues to innovate and set industry standards in sustainability and public welfare. Today, nearly 16,000 colleagues gathered at the Nangang Exhibition Center for the year-end party, shining brightly as they welcome the new year.

This year’s Fubon Group Appreciation Party, themed “Fubon Leads the Way, Shining into the New Year,” featured a stellar hosting lineup led by Golden Bell Award–winning host Tsang Po Yee, together with Fubon Guardians players Anu, Travis, and Jen‑Jen. In addition to captivating performances by renowned artists, players from the Fubon Guardians and the FUBON Angels joined “The Octangle Male Choir” to deliver a powerful opening act. Fubon colleagues also took the stage, with winners of the “Voice of Fubon” singing competition showcasing energetic songs and dances, highlighting the Group’s positive spirit and vibrant energy.

In his opening remarks, Richard M. Tsai, Chairman of Fubon Financial Holdings, noted that over the past year, U.S. President Donald Trump’s political and economic policy shifts have triggered global trade tensions and significant volatility in financial markets. Coupled with geopolitical factors, the overall market environment has been unpredictable and rapidly changing. Each of these elements posed major challenges for the financial industry. Despite this, Fubon Financial Holdings once again delivered outstanding results in 2025, reporting a net income of NT$120.85 billion and an EPS of NT$8.36, securing its position as the most profitable financial holding company in Taiwan in both total income and earnings per share. This also marks the 17th consecutive year that Fubon has led the industry in EPS performance. Taipei Fubon Bank, Fubon Insurance, and Fubon Securities each achieved record-high annual profits, while Fubon Life maintained its position as the industry leader. Fubon Asset Management also surpassed NT$1 trillion in assets under management. The operating performance across subsidiaries has been remarkable.

Richard Tsai further emphasized that, in addition to its strong business performance, Fubon Financial Holdings has continued to deepen its commitment to sustainability. In 2025, Fubon not only maintained outstanding results across major international ESG evaluations but was also selected for the second consecutive year as one of TIME Magazine’s “World’s Most Sustainable Companies,” ranking 32nd globally across all industries and 4th among global financial institutions—solidifying its position as an international sustainability leader. He encouraged all Fubon colleagues to continue embodying the core values of “integrity, sincerity, professionalism, and innovation,” and to work together toward the shared vision of becoming one of “Asia’s first‑class financial institutions.”

At the Appreciation Party, Daniel M. Tsai, Chairman of Fubon Group, expressed his gratitude to all colleagues for their dedication. He noted that, according to the survey released by CRIF in November 2025, Fubon Group ranked as Taiwan’s largest corporate group for the fifth consecutive year, with total assets surpassing NT$14 trillion. Fubon not only leads in business performance but also excels in sustainability and public welfare. Since its launch in 2021, the Run For Green™ initiative has delivered remarkable results—exceeding its target by planting more than 100,000 trees across Taiwan. It also set a new industry benchmark by becoming the first financial institution to support major marathon events through voluntary carbon credit offsetting, working closely with event organizers to enhance climate awareness and establish a green model for the financial sector.

Daniel Tsai stated that Fubon has always positioned itself as a “social catalyst.” As Fubon employees gather for the year-end banquet, we hope to extend this warmth further, accompanying the underprivileged and families of vegetative patients in welcoming the New Year. For ten consecutive years, the Fubon Charity Foundation has supported Genesis Social Welfare Foundation's “Long-term Services for Vegetative Patients and Providing Meals for the Needy” initiative. This year's donation of NT$13.25 million brings the decade-long cumulative contribution to over NT$120 million, demonstrating Fubon's enduring and steadfast commitment to social welfare. In 2025, Fubon formally launched the “United in Purpose ᵀᴹ” public welfare platform, integrating group resources to expand recruitment across four volunteer categories: Environment, Finance, Companionship, and Events. This organized, systematic approach injects positive energy into society, with volunteer service hours exceeding 40,000 in 2025, tangibly advancing the common good of society.

As one of Taiwan's most sports-supportive enterprises, Fubon invests over NT$500 million annually to back professional basketball, baseball, and amateur baseball leagues while sponsoring numerous international competitions. In 2025, it will assemble its sponsored athletes to form the “Fubon Dream Team,” serving as a steadfast pillar for these sports stars. Fubon has also demonstrated a long-standing commitment to arts and culture. Last year, the Fubon Art Museum presented major exhibitions including “Louise Bourgeois,” “Frontiers of Impressionism,” and “Into Eternity: Giacometti, Miró, Calder,” embodying the essence of “Art Every Day.”

The Fubon Group’s Appreciation Party also featured dynamic singing and dance performances by colleagues, providing a platform for colleagues to showcase their talents. In 2025, the company held the second annual “Voice of Fubon” singing competition. After more than two months of preliminaries and a final round—judged by renowned industry professionals and watched by tens of thousands via livestream—the winners were selected. Today’s celebration invited these outstanding performers to take the stage once again. Their professionalism and vibrant energy perfectly embody Fubon’s brand spirit: “Be positive, All possible.”

The 2025 Fubon Group’s Appreciation Party is held in two locations—Taipei and Kaohsiung. In addition to today’s (24th) Taipei event, the Kaohsiung celebration will take place on January 31, featuring exciting performances by Wei Li-An and Jen Hsien-Chi. Across both the Taipei and Kaohsiung events, approximately 20,000 colleagues are expected to participate. The total prize pool for the lucky draw reaches NT$20.5 million, with an overall winning rate as high as 84%, marking a new record. Ahead of the Lunar New Year, Fubon hopes to express gratitude and appreciation for colleagues’ hard work throughout the year by offering generous rewards and festive cheer.
