Fubon Financial Holdings and its subsidiaries won 11 sports activity awards, ranking first among all corporate participants

At the 2025 Sports Activity Awards Ceremony held today (9th) by the Ministry of Sports, Fubon Financial Holdings and its subsidiaries received a total of 11 awards—ranking first among all corporate participants. Fubon Financial Holdings was honored with the “Sponsorship Category-Gold Award”, the “Sponsorship Category-Long‑term Sponsorship Award”, and the “Promotion Category-Gold Award”. Fubon Life, Taipei Fubon Bank, Fubon Insurance, and Fubon Securities also received both the “Sponsorship Category-Gold Award” and the “Sponsorship Category-Long‑term Sponsorship Award”. Fubon has long supported and actively advanced the development of sports in Taiwan, embodying the brand spirit of “Be positive All possible” and demonstrating its strong commitment to corporate sustainability and social responsibility.

Richard M. Tsai, Chairman of Fubon Financial Holdings, expressed his deep gratitude for the Ministry of Sports’ recognition. Fubon Financial Holdings has received the “Sports Activity Awards” for 17 consecutive years and is one of the financial institutions in Taiwan with the highest number of “Sports Enterprise Certifications.” To further expand its support for sports and sustainable development, Fubon will become the first financial institution in 2025 to voluntarily use carbon credits to offset emissions for a major marathon event. Fubon Life strongly supports a friendly and diverse sports environment by continuously sponsoring major events, individual athletes, and the Group’s professional teams. The company has been the title sponsor of the Kaohsiung Fubon Marathon for six consecutive editions, promoting sports equality by enabling wheelchair and visually impaired runners to share the same city course.
