Risk Management, Insurance & Finance Foundation held the “2025 Faith, Hope & Love Awards of Insurance” ceremony today (5th). Fubon Insurance and Fubon Life, subsidiaries of Fubon Financial Holdings, swept 15 major awards and 5 honorable mentions, totaling 20 awards. This marks the eighth consecutive year that Fubon has led the industry in award wins, recognizing its outstanding performance in professionalism, products, distribution channels, and sustainable development. Among these, Fubon Insurance combined professionalism with technology to create innovative services, winning the annual grand prize “Insurance Company of the Year” and eight other awards, totaling nine honors, maintaining its dominance in the property insurance industry for consecutive years. Fubon Life invested in digital development, actively implemented fair customer treatment, and provided high-quality services with professionalism, winning a total of six awards and five honorable mentions.

Fubon Insurance has consistently excelled at the “Faith, Hope & Love Awards of Insurance,” receiving the grand prize of “Insurance Company of the Year” from the organizers. It also won the “Best Social Responsibility Award,” “Best Insurance Professional Award,” “Best Insurance Education Contribution Award,” “Best Channel Strategy Award,” “Best Product Innovation Award,” “Best Communication Office Award,” as well as individual awards such as the “Best Insurance Achievement Award” and “Best Professional Advisor Award,” totaling nine honors. These awards fully demonstrate Fubon Insurance's leading position in professional innovation.

Lai Rong-Chong, President of Fubon Insurance, stated that being honored with the title of “Insurance Company of the Year” is a testament to the recognition from the judges and the collective efforts of all managers and colleagues, which have contributed to Fubon Insurance's achievements. Fubon Insurance continues to drive service innovation through technology. In 2024, it became the first company to receive approval from the Financial Supervisory Commission to collaborate with multiple Fintech companies to launch a one-stop insurance enrollment innovation service. It also took the lead in officially launching the all-new “E-Finger Insurance” service, allowing customers to complete online insurance enrollment and claims applications in under 30 minutes by verifying their identity via Mobile ID (MID) using a mobile device. Additionally, Fubon Insurance remains committed to addressing societal risk trends, launching the industry's first “Accident Expense Compensation Insurance for Incidents Occurring at Home” approved for reporting. This product fills the gap in home accident coverage and helps build a social safety net.

In the individual awards category, Li Hui-ling, Vice President of Fubon Insurance, who has served the company for over three decades, was honored with the “Best Insurance Achievement Award.” This recognition highlights her outstanding contributions to creating innovative products and optimizing systems within the industry, particularly her role in assisting the government in launching Taiwan's first commercial crop insurance policy, thereby leading the industry in participating in policy-based insurance initiatives. Her efforts exemplify her commitment to insurance professionalism and sustainable value. The “Best Professional Advisor Award” was awarded to Wang Hong-Yuan, Assistant VP at Fubon Insurance, who specializes in loss prevention. He has led the loss prevention team in advancing risk control technology upgrades and collaborated with academic and research institutions to develop various risk assessment systems, assisting enterprises in enhancing disaster resilience. This demonstrates Fubon's strong capabilities in the field of loss prevention.

Fubon Life deepens digital transformation and delivers professional services to meet customer needs

Following its win of the MOEA's 9th National Industrial Innovation Award, Fubon Life announced on the 5th that it had won 11 awards in the “Faith, Hope & Love Awards of Insurance” (including 6 grand prizes and 5 excellence awards), winning “Best Insurance Professional,” “Best Social Responsibility,” “Best Integrated Communication,” “Best Branch Office (Zhongchen Branch Office),” “Best Channel Strategy,” and “Best Contribution to Insurance Education,” among others, achieving outstanding results.
