Fubon Financial Holdings has officially launched its joint recruitment program for 2025, with plans to hire 6,700 financial professionals across the holding company and its subsidiaries this year. The positions available include management associates in corporate banking and personal banking, life insurance sales, securities specialists, property insurance channels, and sales personnel. In addition, there is a focus on recruiting talent in financial innovation, information technology, and data science to enhance the pool of digital and data specialists. The highly sought-after "Fubon MA Program" is expected to recruit 28 groups, totaling over 60 management associates, with job openings spanning various sectors including financial holding, banking, life insurance, property insurance, securities, investment consulting, futures, investment trusts, and overseas operations. It serves as the most diverse and expansive career platform in the industry. At the same time, Fubon Financial Holdings and its subsidiaries are implementing internship programs that provide interns with practical experience in financial operations during their summer breaks or while they are still studying in order to establish a solid foundation for their future careers. Jerry Harn, President of Fubon Financial Holdings, stated that Fubon Financial Holdings is the second largest financial holding company in Taiwan by asset size and the largest by market capitalization.
