網路交易安全提醒(海外版)

感謝長期以來對台北富邦銀行的支持,有鑑於網路詐騙案件層出不窮,詐騙手法不斷更新,如電子郵件詐騙、偽冒網站等,為確保客戶的交易安全,本行特此貼心提醒網路交易安全注意事項列示如下:

  • 確認資訊來源,小心歹徒偽冒
    • 使用台北富邦行動銀行前,請務必確認手機應用程式正確性,請直接於App StorePlay商店搜尋「台北富邦行動銀行」進行下載(不建議越獄使用/透過非官方管道下載)

    • 於其他網站輸入使用者代碼、網路銀行會員密碼及金融卡密碼時,請提高警覺防範詐騙集團套取密碼,避免登入資訊及帳務資訊外洩。

    • 提醒您,本行絕不會寄發電子郵件要求客戶揭露帳戶資訊或任何密碼,請您千萬不要回應此類郵件,並馬上刪除。

    • 提醒您,本行絕不會透過電話/視訊方式要求客戶操作行動銀行進行帳戶/身分驗證,如遇此類情形,即為詐騙,請您立即掛斷電話,千萬不要依指示操作,避免財物損失。


  • 謹慎保管帳密,勿留存紀錄以免遭竊取
    • 請避免於公共場所透過不明來源或未加密的 Wi-Fi使用行動銀行服務,例如:咖啡廳、機場或其他公共環境,並請於輸入密碼時,提高警覺避免旁人窺視。

    • 為了您的交易安全,請經常變更網路銀行會員及金融卡密碼且勿與其他應用系統及服務密碼共用。變更網路銀行會員密碼時,不能含有4位連續或相同的英文或數字(例如:AAAA886CBAZ8868888FUB0987FUB…)

    • 一般的電子郵件與網頁並沒有受到安全加密的技術保護,當您在輸入您的個人與金融資料時,請確認網頁右下方上有一個上鎖鎖頭的標誌,才表示資料傳輸正受到網路安全機制的保護。

    • 請勿點選來路不明網址及程式並建議安裝防毒軟體,且隨時更新下載最新的安全補強軟體以保護您的電腦及行動裝置。

    • 請勿書寫密碼於金融卡或其他明顯且他人可取得處或告知任何人,且不要將此等資料以電子郵件或其他類似之電子傳送方式(如WeChatWhatsAPPQQTelegramLINE等通訊軟體)進行傳送。

    • 請勿記錄密碼於電腦或行動裝置內。

    • 請勿於行動裝置設定他人之生物辨識、Face ID

    • 請勿透過未加密機制傳送密碼。

    • 請勿同意彈跳視窗中的「儲存我的密碼/訊息」等選項或讓瀏覽器記下個人密碼。

    • 請勿使用個人顯性資料(如生日、身份證、車號、電話號碼、手機號碼、Email、帳號及相關資料號碼)為您的網路銀行會員使用者代碼與密碼。

    • 當您登入本行行動銀行時,登入通知信會顯示您本次登入之IP,如有異常登入之情形,請立即與本行聯絡。

    • 當您完成行動銀行交易時或需要離開手機時,請記得執行登出程序。

    • 提醒您,行動裝置可設定密碼自動鎖定功能,以防止遺失及非授權使用風險。行動裝置丟棄、轉賣前,請刪除所有留存的訊息,並回復為行動裝置之出廠設定。


  • 冷靜查證,勿輕易透露個資或轉帳匯款
    • 請勿打開來源不明的簡訊和電子郵件內的連結或附檔,更不要依內容指示登入行動銀行、回傳簡訊驗證碼,或撥打電話號碼等,以避免遭受詐騙。

    • 請勿依陌生人電話指示進行行動銀行轉帳、匯款,或操作自動櫃員機(ATM)

    • 請勿與陌生來電者透露或核對個人資料,以免遭歹徒利用。

    • 請勿依陌生人電話指示提供簡訊驗證碼(OTP),以免遭歹徒盜刷。

    • 若您曾於可疑網址輸入個人資料,建議儘速前往本行行動銀行變更使用者名稱及密碼。

    • 當您接獲本行各項交易通知時,請盡速檢核是否正確。若您並未進行相關動作,請立即與本行聯絡。

In view of the increasing number of online fraud cases and constantly evolving scam tactics, such as phishing emails and counterfeit websites, and to ensure the security of your transactions, we would like to remind you of the following online transaction safety precautions:
Verify Information Sources and Beware of Impersonation
  • Before using Taipei Fubon Mobile Banking, please be sure to verify the correctness of the mobile application. Download it directly from the App Store or Google Play by searching for “台北富邦行動銀行” . (The use of jailbroken devices is not recommended and do not download through unofficial channels.)
  • When entering your user ID, online banking password, or debit card PIN on other websites, please remain vigilant to prevent fraudsters from obtaining your credentials and to avoid leakage of login and account information.
  • Please be reminded that the Bank will never send emails requesting customers to disclose account information or any passwords. Do not respond to such emails and delete them immediately.
  •  Our customer service department will never ask customers via phone or video call to operate online banking for account or identity verification. If you encounter such a request, it is a fraudulent scam. Please hang up immediately and do not follow any instructions to avoid financial loss.

Safeguard Your Account Credentials and Do Not Keep Records to Prevent Theft
  • Please avoid using mobile banking services via unknown or unencrypted Wi-Fi networks in public places, such as cafés, airports, or other public environments. When entering your password, remain alert to prevent others from peeking.
  • For your transaction security, please change your online banking and debit card passwords regularly and do not use the same passwords as those for other applications or services. When changing your online banking password, it must not contain four consecutive or identical letters or numbers (e.g., AAAA886, CBAZ886, 8888FUB, 0987FUB, etc.).
  • Ordinary emails and web pages are not protected by secure encryption technology. When entering your personal and financial information, please ensure that there is a padlock icon at the bottom right of the web page, indicating that data transmission is protected by network security mechanisms.
  • Do not click on unknown links or programs, and it is recommended that you install antivirus software and regularly update the latest security patches to protect your computer and mobile devices.
  • Do not write down your password on your debit card or in any obvious place accessible to others, and do not disclose it to anyone. Do not transmit such information via email or similar electronic means (such as WeChat, WhatsApp, QQ, Telegram, LINE, or other messaging apps).
  • Do not store or record your password on your computer or mobile device.
  • Do not set other people’s biometric data or Face ID on your mobile device.
  • Do not transmit passwords through unencrypted channels.
  • Do not agree to pop-up options such as “Save my password/information,” and do not allow browsers to store your personal passwords.
  • Do not use personal identifiable information (such as your date of birth, ID number, vehicle plate number, phone number, mobile number, email, account number, or related identification numbers) as your online banking user ID or password.
  • When you log in to the Bank’s mobile banking, the screen will display your last login IP address. If you notice any abnormal login activity, please contact the Bank immediately.
  • After completing a mobile banking transaction or when you need to leave your phone, please remember to log out.
  • Please be reminded that mobile devices can be set to auto-lock with a password to prevent loss and unauthorized use. Before discarding or selling your mobile device, please delete all stored information and restore the device to factory settings.

Stay Calm and Verify; Do Not Easily Disclose Personal Information or Transfer Funds
  • Do not open links or attachments in text messages or emails from unknown sources, and do not follow the instructions to log in to mobile banking, send back SMS verification codes, or dial phone numbers, to avoid falling victim to fraud.
  • Do not transfer funds, remit money, or operate ATMs according to instructions from unknown callers.
  • Do not disclose or verify personal information with unknown callers to avoid misuse by criminals.
    1. Do not provide SMS verification codes (OTP) to strangers under their instructions, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
    2. If you have entered personal information on a suspicious website, it is recommended that you promptly change your username and password via the Bank’s mobile banking.
    3. When you receive transaction notifications from the Bank, please check them promptly for accuracy. If you did not perform the relevant transactions, please contact the Bank immediately.
