Support for the Disadvantaged
Developed a "Signature Guide for the Blind & Visually Impaired" to enhance accessibility. Installed signature guides and reading aids across all branches, available for free to visually impaired customers and organizations. The credit card-sized guide is portable and significantly improves the signing experience for the visually impaired.
