During the event, Fubon Braves basketball star Chou Kuei-Yu made a surprise appearance, teaching banknote recognition skills and encouraging the children to practice self-discipline and build a solid foundation in financial literacy. Building Migrant-Friendly Financial Services Together: Anti-Fraud Awareness, Financial Literacy, and Service with Heart

Taipei Fubon Bank partners with One-Forty to deliver a range of initiatives—including anti-fraud guidelines, bilingual board games, banking service guides, and online financial literacy courses—to support migrant workers from Southeast Asia in building secure and stable lives in Taiwan.
The video also showcases how Taipei Fubon Bank applies a simple service approach—"two questions and one action"—to bring greater empathy and warmth into every customer interaction, jointly fostering a more friendly, inclusive, and accessible financial environment.

Native-Language Support for Warmer Financial Services

Taipei Fubon Bank and migrant worker education organization One-Forty have found that language barriers make migrant workers in Taiwan particularly vulnerable to financial risks. To address this, we created anti-fraud guidelines and banking service manuals in migrant workers’ native languages (Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, and Vietnamese), developed a bilingual Chinese-Indonesian board game, and produced financial education videos in Indonesian. These resources aim to deliver anti-fraud and financial knowledge, helping migrant workers confidently use banking services to manage their money.

Inclusive Financing : How Do the Visually Impaired Use Financial Services

Financial services should be barrier-free, and it is the responsibility of financial institutions to create friendly and appropriate services for diverse groups. Taipei Fubon Bank continues to invest resources in areas such as optimizing accessible facilities, protecting elderly financial rights, and providing financial empowerment. Through these actions, the Bank actively promotes fair treatment and inclusive finance.

"Sign Language Interpretation Services" Warmly Launched Across Taiwan

To uphold the principle of fair treatment, Taipei Fubon Bank warmly launched its "Sign Language Interpretation Service" across all branches on September 23, 2021, in celebration of International Day of Sign Languages. As the first bank in Taiwan to fully offer both video and in-person sign language interpretation services, the Bank provides a more friendly and respectful service experience for hearing-impaired customers, ensuring that care is delivered loud and clear.
