Sustainability Report

Taipei Fubon Bank has long focused on sustainable development, incorporating ESG into its corporate management strategy. It hopes to communicate with various stakeholders through the sustainability report (hereinafter referred to as the report) to convey ESG actions and concrete results. The reporting period of the Bank's 2024 sustainability report is form January 1 to December 31, 2024. Some content covers performance data from the past three years to present complete information and progress of project implementation.

The financial data, environmental and social information in the report are consistent with the boundary of Taipei Fubon Bank's consolidated financial statements, including the Bank's head office, domestic and overseas branches, and subsidiaries Fubon Bank (China) and TFB Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TFB Capital). Unless specifically marked, all units are in New Taiwan dollars. Any inconsistencies in scope will be specified in the report.

Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures(TCFD) Report

Taipei Fubon Bank 2024 TCFD report provides an overview of the Bank's climate governance and strategy, and describes the Bank's climate change mitigation actions and climate-related targets, in the hope of providing our many stakeholders a better understanding of the Bank's climate change actions, low-carbon transition strategies, climate resilience, and green impact. The information and data in this report primarily cover Taipei Fubon Bank (including all overseas branches) and subsidiaries Fubon Bank (China) and TFB Capital. Any inconsistencies in scope will be specified in the report.
