Sydney Branch, Australia

The Sydney Representative Office was established in July 2021 as Taipei Fubon Bank’s first presence in the Southern Hemisphere, and was subsequently upgraded to the Australia Branch in July 2026 after receiving a banking licence from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). The Branch focuses on corporate banking, with an emphasis on syndicated lending and corporate financial services. It will continue to deepen its presence in the Australian market, with particular focus on infrastructure and renewable energy. Leveraging its local presence, the Group’s strong capital base, and deep relationships across Asian markets, the Australia Branch connects head office and overseas network resources to provide corporate clients with comprehensive cross-border financial services.
